RE: WINDING UP ORDER

Please be advised that on 26 March 2021 the Supreme Court of Bermuda (“Court”) issued a winding up order against Northstar Financial Services (Bermuda) Ltd. (“the Company”). The Joint Provisional Liquidators (“JPLs”), Rachelle Frisby and John Johnston of Deloitte Ltd., who were appointed by the Court on 25 September 2020, pursuant to the Provisional Liquidation Order, will continue as the Company’s JPLs.
